At the Fall Conference, the Steering Team discussed plans for Winter Training topics. We had several requests to provide training on Reporting from Degree Works. After working with a trainer, and power users from our UMBUG member institutions, we developed a training plan to address both functional and technical topics.
Discussion with the Steering Team followed and we did a preliminary assessment of the number of participants from our respective institutions, and determined that at this time we did not have the numbers to meet the minimum class size to hold the training. Several additional member schools are pursuing Degree Works implementations, and once more member schools are live we plan to look further at providing this training.
